While we strive to ensure accurate listings and availability, DynoDine does not guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of any third-party offers or restaurant promotions. Restaurants are solely responsible for honoring the deals they promote.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on DynoDine, including logos, branding, text, and visuals, is the property of Dynotechventures Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
DynoDine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to missed reservations, expired deals, or inaccurate information provided by third parties. DynoDine acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting customers with restaurants.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Effective Date" above and notify users if significant changes are made.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except to the extent applicable local laws in Georgia govern transactions with users or businesses located in Georgia.
